Make it give the lower level/rank opponent 50% of the higher level/rank's stats or (extra def heal etc...)

This will make it fair for both sides that means a rank 40 cant be stronger than a rank 80 cuz now a rank 40-50 is stronger than a rank 80 cuz he has max def resis bot and aux damage while the rank 80 has them but with extra stats/perks that r not as op as they and what happens?

The rank 40 gets underdog mode to increase his aux/def/resis/bot damage allowing him to have more advantage than a rank 80 in the battle AND THIS SHOULDNT HAPPEN AT ALL

My suggestion will make it fair

EX

a rank 40 vs a rank 80 the rank 80 has only extra primary/gun/healing/energy reduction points this will give the rank 40 50% of the points he spent on primary/gun/healing/EP reduction

allowing the rank 40 to have +30 def/resis + 40 bot/aux and +15 gun/primary and +10 healing with a +5 energy reduction

while the rank 80 will have +30 def/resis +40 bot/aux and +30 primary/gun and + 20 healing with a +10 energy reduction

what about if a rank 80 vs someone who is level 39? the same thing will happen but the level 39 will also get an under dog mode I the level 39 will actually get the UnderDog I vs all level 40s what ever their rank is + he will get 50% of their legendary mode

level 38 underdog mode II level 37 underdog mode III and so on

(the old underdog mode system will be kept for non legendary player vs non legendary player)

As I am not a level 40 I cannot say much, especially in terms of numbers but keep in mind that underdog is not meant to make fights fair. It is meant to give the player below a fighting chance, not necessarily an equal chance.

Not supported. The weaker ones atm have been given the doggy power from the ultimate doggy himself, if this is implemented, the underdoggies will lose more often than they used to.
