Brief Description:
I have not played about 2 years. now when i logged in and playing i am 4 Rank and a legend Achievement shows 3/5 a legendary duelist. maybe it must be 4/5 because i have another player Rank 3 and achievement shows 3/5

The Achievement for the ranks is how many you have completed/leveled up past.

Seeing as you are Rank 4, you have completed/leveled up past 3 legendary ranks and is currently leveling through your 4th rank.

For example I am rank 9 which means that I have completed/leveled up past 8 Legend Ranks and am currently working on completing my ninth rank.

i don't understand. i have level up all ranks i mean 15k credits. on one player i have Rank 3 and it shows 3/5. on second player i have Rank 4 and it shows again 3/5. in achievements

He is saying that the cheevo counts the ranks you been and done not the current rank you are at. I have a rank 17 TM for example but since I am currently going through rank 17 and not completed it it won't count that rank.

Since I have completed 16 ranks fully (meaning been at them and completed them) My cheevo will count those 16 ranks. Which I reach rank 18 it the previous rank I was at (17) Will be counted and then the cheevo will count it for that number.

He's saying his rank 3 and rank 4 both have 3/5 on cheevo

 yeah its bug or something. example H0T is Rank 5 and he has 5/10 achievement 1000 points. i am now also 5 Rank but it writes 4/5 and only 500 points. on other player Rank 3 and 3/5. i will create video
