my suggestion for this mission is that instead of brachylagus to be the one that has to be defeated it should be caden or someone else , brachylagus is level 40 but when the mission chain was made he was 28 , i cant complete the mission chain now

I agree, more and more npcs seem to be getting level buffs (I guess due to a larger number of max level players who need new content). I'm not even sure if there are any "main character" npcs left that are not level 40.

While we are on topic of level increases. I always thought it was kind weird that NW, Titan and Rabble would increase the levels of their main characters to max with each max level increase. im level 32 and i dont have that many wins , thats actually because i wasnt very good at ED when i lower then level 20 i was pretty noob and i lost allot :[
