Before i try Legendary mode of Merged Dragonoid, finished mission chain. Then Merged dragonoid disappeared. Just want to know is this normal or a bug?

No it is normal, he is near Void King in the afterlife.

It is intentional that the Merged Dragonoid relocates after you complete the missions.
