The reasoning of this new fighting system is to make Factions, Wars, and battling better and more exciting. The objective of this new fighting system will be to total the most points for your alignment throughout the day/war. To earn points, you will have to cause damage to the opposing alignment To cause damage, you will have to earn battle tokens by fighting and use the tokens to launch an artillery strike on the opposing faction's HQS. With that being said, I would like to reintroduce contributing tokens to flags. If your factions owns a flag then you will earn a boosted token reward at the end of every fight when you fight in that area. You can only own 1 flag per area. EX:(You can only own one flag at Barron Outpost, you can only own one flag at Central Station) The more flags you own the higher the token boost. I would suggest adding tiered token rewards based on level. EX:(Lvls 1-5, 2 tokens per lost, 4 tokens per win. Lvls 6-11, 4 tokens per lost, 8 tokens per win) I suggest this because lower levels have quicker fights than higher levels and as your level gets higher, the fights get harder. - I also want to suggest "Quick wars" (not really sure about the name) which puts the number 1 faction of each alignment of each week/month into a small war that's lasts a day. The objectives of this small war between the top factions of each alignment could simply be who can contribute the most tokens to a certain flag. -The leaderboards for this idea could be based on the most "quick war" wins. -The leaderboards for the entire idea excluding the "quick wars" could be based on: Faction Damage dealt, Solo Damage dealt, tokens earned. I would also like to bring back the old influence system and lb. Reason is, the game isn't as fun anymore with influence only being able to be earned through wars.
