Is a useless core ! only effective against George lowe which anyone can kill at level 25 - 30 without this core ! so why not make it changeable ? cause some good looking weapons contain this core which to some of us is preventing from use due to it's having this core inside !

It overdue since years. They could be added to the VendBot as universal cores or be removed.

Adding it to vendbot would ruin the original cool idea that the weapons which have this core were associated with.

But yeah it should definitely be made unlocked, but exclusive to the load of seasonal icy-themed weapons they come with.

It really shouldn't be a core at all since its usefulness is rather low and quite a few items have it. In my opinion it should be changed to a weapon passive, i.e. what it used to be before cores existed. However I'm not sure if the game engine can accommodate this.
