Allow the officer to change their title to what they want instead of making it the Founders job to do so.

Player1 (Founder)
-----------------------
Officer Player2 (Edit Title Here)

Now sometimes I know officers titles are useful to the leader for changing their name to lets say: IIvII,IvI,Jugg, etc. But I also have an idea to make a message board above the Founder of the faction to type in what battles to fight for the champion they are fighting for. With this option and the Mail all members option it could work these ways. I just feel like the Officer has the right to name them what they want to be titled as instead of having IIvII, etc over it instead.

Not supported. Think of a faction being the army. You can't just tell your sergeant or whoever what you want your rank to be. It's not ED'S fault players aren't using the officer naming feature correctly.
