Attack #2 does 100% damage. With two equally powerful hits, each hit does *1/2 damage.
The armor's mastercraft bonus is used for a chance of giving -12 BTH to any damage you take.
All this has ALREADY been factored into the above numbers.
Updates
February 7, 2015: The armor was released. On that day, if you paid 250 Z-Tokens, cleared all battles, found and defeated Lightbringer from that quest, then you could buy the Lightbringer Shapeshift. Otherwise, it was available on February 12, 2015 as its first day release sequence.
