 I think DF can just send their release time officialy for Saturday, considering how detailed they are becoming, we all agree that its no good to rush, and quite unnecessary to apologize for the delay when it happens so much.

i usually assume its friday-monday when it comes to releases unless otherwise stated of course, i agree its never good to rush.

I just really want to spread Doom to the Rose... I mean sure, some of them are ok people... but the majority seem too eager to commit genocide, murder, slavery, etc.

Either they deffect...
Or Doom.

if the release day became saturday, sunday releases might become a thing, so i'd rather keep them at friday and wait a bit more in case it's necessary

 Whatever day of the week the game updates on, the staff always has seven days to work between releases, so moving the official release day won't make delays less likely to happen. Basic math, people. :P

just saying that, if they aim to complete it on saturday and something unexpected happens, it might be delayed to sunday... which is what is happening currently that makes some saturday releases instead of friday releases xD

 Wait why is is one of the twins named Ahimsa ? It means Non-Violence in Sanskrit which makes me wonder if there is deeper meaning for the name selection.

@above the rose seems to have a few names that are opposite of what's named in the same manor as "fluffy the dracolich".
for example a rose is supposed to be a symbol of purity yet the entire organization is tainted right up to jaania herself. jaania's name more then likely comes from jana which means "gift from god" which jaania obviously is not.
though akanthus's name seems to be here or there at this point. as its a plant that symbolizes either long life, immortality, enduring life or coming back from the dead.
though its thorns are about the same as a roses as far as symbolism go's as they represent pain, sin and punishment

I mean... you haven't actually talked with Jaania directly yet (the one conversation was not with you. it was relayed to you and there were some hints, both in how that person was reacting immediately before telling you and in the animation of the flashback, as to the accuracy of that memory). You're upset that good members of the Rose are protecting people, though?

Akanthus, the soldiers hunting Sulen'Eska (a village that, despite having a static location on the map, actually moves since it's a guerrilla camp), and Espina Rosa are the extreme side of the Rose. If you have a group of elvish mercenaries attacking your forces while hiding out in the depths of swamp... you're probably gonna send in your hard core special ops guys to take them out, which is what Akanthus did. Most people in Lore, and probably a lot of the grunt-level Rose members, don't even realize what's going on in the swamp, other than occasional "attacks" by the Vind. With most beings, if you're happy and protected inside your bubble then you live your life or, conversely, whatever issues are happening on your doorstep are much more important than stuff that's happening someplace you'll never visit.

@geo: On the topic of the names having words from other languages, Tipu would translate to "chick" (As in, a baby chicken) from Finnish.
I somehow doubt that's what we're going for though.

i always find it interesting how people actually find translations of words from another language, i just read as names supposing they don't mean anything at all xP

@Brasca: Well, names and such can have hidden meanings, and in the days of internet, it's not hard to do a quick search from stuff.
And then there's people that see the things because of their own language. (And feels weird every time that happens since it's weird)

as long as she does not blow up buildings saf would rampage heh good. it would be nice to see the "good" rose see how far their bad goes perhaps a civil war to make them seem less irredeemably evil, also how are you feeling geo a lot of people (myself included) have been getting sick this month flu and all.
