In general there's no difference in the influence, the up and down happens during and after war which can only be affected by the damage output from the bombs. And since drop is guaranteed during power rally, drop rate doesn't matter.

Even after the war rally, the gap remains tight (Ehm), which means, either the drop chance of bombs/super bombs in exile side is lower than legion ones, or drop chance of war items is higher in legion side. War rally makes the gap, but that wouldn't be enough since there are many exile players and it would be closed within seconds.

Well I personally did not feel any difference in the drop rate compared to the previous war. Could be luck... idk. Anyway, the main reason for Exile's victory is the difference in players on both sides.

Out of any 10 random players, at least 6 are on Exile side.
