Any arguing or unconstructive criticism is not appreciated. Please be respectful or I will ask for the thread to be locked.

What I am here to suggest is a new system called EpicPoints.

The way this works is that you get EpicPoints for participating in certain events/activities.

Collect enough points and you can redeem them for prizes.

Players can collect up to 700 EpicPoints a day by completing certain tasks:

- Missions
-1v1
-2v2
-Jugg
- Buying an item
-Upgrading an item
- Leveling/Ranking up
-Doing a boss fight

etc. Once certain daily events are implemented, such as World Boss fights, then these too can allow players to gain EpicPoints.

There will be 4 tiers per every 200 points (up to 600 and then 700 for Max) and each tier will give increasing rewards:

Example: Tier 1- 5 arcade tokens, 100 experience, 500 credits, and 500 influence.

this reminds me so much of bracer points, it's a hard but fortuitous globetrotting achievement. EASILY miss-able, which makes it more valuable and warming to treasure hunters' hearts, and the story behind it! live the full experience, the good and bad times, to get your rep up and make the world better.

people do more than experience every quest; they need to finish it perfectly, because the bracer points (epic points) you get is determined by how perfectly you complete a quest. trust me, it takes your own smarts to get it done right. maybe miss-able is too much - second chances can come up after a quest cool-down. (those "second chances" can become as many as you want, the cool-down is already pretty punishing)
idea has my full support, for what it's worth, let's do it

Yes it does sound something like your Bracer points. The more you do basically, the more you get.

No, ill elaborate a bit more.

Players can collect up to 700 EpicPoints a day by completing certain tasks:

Now if a player completes 1 mission, he might earn 10 EpicPoints. If he does 190 1v1 matches he might earn 190 EpicPoints. 190+10=200, hence allowing him to claim a prize. This system is set up similar to that of the new war system. Instead of acquiring influence to claim a certain tier prize, you acquire EpicPoints by doing ingame things or participating in future events.

You have until reset to acquire as much EpicPoints as desired. At reset they will be reset to 0 and any prizes not claimed from any tier will be sent to your mail.

Ok, so more like influence as a currency. I would be down for a world boss fight too.

Yes, kinda like influence as a currency. Only it can only be redeemed to claim prizes 4 times daily, instead of used as an individual form of currency. Cant be stacked.

This is actually my grand plan/scheme if you're interested:

So over the course of a few weeks I've been suggesting things that, if implemented together, will undoubtedly raise the playerbase. Some of these suggestions include:

1) Redoable Missions
2) Idle time rewards
3) Faction Donation
4) World Bosses
5) PvP Area

and this thread.

Here the plan: This thread simply rewards people for being active. If this gets implemented, and we raise the tiers to include timed events such as World Bosses and PVP areas (see below for explanation) while separating the events 6 hours apart, along with content for players to invest in (Faction Donation/ Re-doable missions) and rewarding them for simply being online (idle time) then no one will log off. Players will always have something to do and will be looking forward to the next "timed event" to raise their EpicPoints in order to claim the tiered reward.

Upon clicking on someone from the oppositie team, you will automatically engage into a PVP.
The loser has to respawn with a cooldown of 1 minute while the winner gets to continue on to whatever the Objective is.

Objectives can include:

Flag Capturing- Working the same way as the old flag system (The one without battle tokens).
Team DeathMatch- Just kill the other team, and gain 1 point for every win.

The only way to make your own team will be to create a Squad. Squads work the same as Factions but are solely for PVP areas. You can create a squad up to 15 players and can only recruit people from your alignment. Being a Squad leader is different from a Faction Leader so it IS possible to be the leader of both a Squad and a Faction. It is also possible to be a leader of a Faction and a member of someone elses Squad.

Varium can be used to respawn faster.

Awards include Credits and arcade tokens for the winning side.

Realistically speaking, all of that is possible to implement.

EDIT: 2v2 areas can work with ally link. I personally don't like the idea of jugg areas but it's not just about me so feel free to comment.
