As the title says, I'm going to suggest a new core. This new core would help players win Juggernaut matches and would make 2v2 fights a little bet more interesting without making it so overpowered in 2v2.

The core will be available for a special designed and a cool looking auxiliary and it's actually not just one core, they are 2 cores, one is a passive core and the other is an active core.

The passive core: If you don't have a partner or your partner is dead or left the game, you hit all targets with your auxiliary with 100% damage.
The active core: Usable only when you're below 20% health and you don't have a partner or your partner is dead or left the game. Deals 100% damage to all targets with a 20% lifesteal. The 20% is calculated from the total damage you do to your opponents.
For example: I used that core and it hit the first player and dealt 400 damage while it also, hit the other player and dealt 500 damage. The overall damage is 900. You get the 20% lifesteal from that 900 damage. In this case, you get 180 extra health points.

As you see, it's not really that OP in 2v2 but, it's actually OP in Juggernaut. It's not OP in 2v2 because you can simply choose to attack the one with this auxiliary first and then they wouldn't benefit at all from this core. If both players do have this auxiliary, you can simply counter it but making sure they use it before killing the partner of that person.
It can be also helpful in 2v2 when your partner is weak or when they leave the match by giving you a chance to win instead of 0% chance to win.

That would only make support builds viable in jugg mode, and also 2vs2. Maybe focus builds as well in a lower degree.
Making jugg playable again will take more than 2 cores. The thing is, the problem nowadays is not in the battle mode itself, it's in the playerbase. It takes you up to 30 minutes sometimes to find a battle.

Just bring back passives and boosters for juggs.
