I cant passby the log in page

 After typing the user and password i cant access and pass through the log in page in epicduel. It seems that im stuck at the page. I tried so many times but im still stucked at the log in page. When it loads it looks like its loading but hanging. Is it that adobe flash player is not working or something? Please help. I would've put how it looks like using a screenshot but it seems like the new thread feature does not have image insert to help you understand my issue.

 AE helpdesk assuming you cant get into the email address to reset your password.... I think your probably screwed... But no one can help you here

Did you try to login in a different web browser? Did you try to login on a different computer?
