 Shield reward for the rare monster hunt for Kero the Chronocroaker

Water shield, MC effect is that Poison status deals +10% damage. Loses a further 3 MRM (already factored in to numbers below) to apply +10 Poison Potence as well. Normally these would be +20% and +20, respectively, but they get a compression penalty for being on the same item.

Comes with a toggle: click the shield to pay [25% Melee] SP to gain +13 blocking. This increases to +19 against Burning foes. Baseline is +15, this has a -2 MRM downtrigger, and +4 uptrigger.
