Mark of blood should not give lifesteal on the turn you strike them with it. It says it's 3 turns but it's actually 4 since it works the first strike. Why doesn't smoke screen or malfunction do this? It shouldn't be in the game.

It is fine how it is. It is not a debuff like smoke or malfunction. It’s not unbalanced in that regard.

it's just that paired with a 5 focus tech build, smoke screen does 50+ which is what every BH is doing right now that makes it OP

the smoke is what makes it ridiculous, no the MOB.

Take BM for example, it is garbage, and yet it has MOB

mark of blood is balanced the reason it is so op is because of the synergy with smoke & physical primary weapon + physical bot or even strength bh builds. it is hardly op when tlm/mercs put hybrid or mineral armor or even defense matrix/reflex should the BH choose not to azrael's aux/bot it.
like .Lord Ginger. said, blood mage also has the same skill, but the class is still subpar. so the bh is the problem, NOT the mark.

and yet they still don't nerf smoke screen when it clearly needs a change.. hybrid armor is literally trash atm and mineral armor is good where its at and does what it's supposed to. reflex would have to be maxed or high support to even put a dent in it..
