Can we seriously get this first chance out of here with underdog?

It actually ruins things.

If you look at how strong some debuffs are then realize that a rank 80 hardly goes first, it's quite painful. If we have to go to a strength build where support doesn't matter, strength builds will 100% go before us and we lose because that's how some strength builds work these days.

This is one thing the high ranks have been pushing for and it's still not implemented and it's really hecking frustrating.

Same with the 2v2 matchups, it's really sad, the matchups should be gone because I don't like the low rank partners and I've said multiple times how a rank 240 and 2 rank 80 and a rank 1 in the sam 2v2, rank 240 will always get the rank 1 even though the rank 240 has no advantage whatsoever.

Energy Meta: This legit won't go away unless we take energy regeneration moves out.
Really advocating back for passives
I know NW said it'd be hard and he may want to introduce it in a different way, but to be honest with you, they don't seem that hard to implement. If you want to describe to me how hard they'd be that would be great. To me (and obviously I don't see the game code), it's like a mark of blood that's just always in the battle loop, same with other skills. These were taken away, and since they are in NPCs, looking at the code shouldn't be that hard.

Putting back passives would honestly be a great start because:
Looping with tech mage isn't as possible (still has reroute but like)
Same with every other class
Energy moves won't need balancing

Also the moves that were changed to actives to compensate (static grenade, static smash) should be back to normal. (EMP and Atom smash). Same with Frenzy with the spending energy for damage if things come back to how they should be. It would seriously be great. There are things on the wiki for the previous numbers of skills which means you don't have to search hard for numbers.
Also sidearm back to Strength please. :)

These are just time wasters when the game should be focused on PvP, which unfortunately it's focused on NPCing (juggernaut) and hanging out in Central Station

I wish balancing came a whole lot faster because it's irritating. The quicker underdog first turn goes away is when high rankers have a chance to want to play 1v1... It's not fun losing to a BH who always goes first and gets the smoke, aux special, blood hawk combination against a focus build. Yippee.

Tech Mage and Other Classes: Masterpiece of Last Week
Mass: Still pretty dumb with some builds. Considering the damage with the lack of points needed to be invested. Kinda funny.
