With stun and azrael guns, this guns are going even downer. There are many things to consider.

It ingnores 35% damage, only effective to tanks. If you use it to someone with 400 defense it will be ignoring 140 defense.
This doesn't gran any more damage, just reduce the defense. So its only effective to certain builds. However, you lose your gun by a high price and maybe for a low damage. So I'd reduce its energy cost from 120 to 80.

I will agree with this since sidearm cores besides azrael’s are hardly used
