Since about late 2021, I haven't been able to change my avatar - trying to upload a new picture yields this error message and fails to upload the picture. I'm not the only one experiencing this issue - several people I've spoken to (both ArchKnights and titled users) have experienced the same error, with the same message. Where should I go to receive support for this issue?
