So yeah...recorded Photoshop while making a tag.
Didn't really had anything in mind...just picked a stock and did something with it XD
you can see all my mistakes too =p

Also: Sorry for the HUGE watermark made by the recording program, didn't think it would be THAT big.
I hope you can still follow it anyway XD

Shortcuts used:
Ctrl + i to invert colors
Ctrl + u to bring up hue/saturation box
Ctrl + d to deselect
Ctrl + t to free transform
Ctrl + l to bring up levels box
Ctrl plus to zoom in
Ctrl minus to zoom out
v to go select to move tool
x to swap foreground and background colors

To be entirely honest with you, i don't think
making a video was necessary.

i use gimp and i was wondering if the filters and effects are similiar to the ones you used with your sig.

for example: you added what looked like a c4d to get lighting effects behind your render (about 10 or so min into the video). you didn't see the whole c4d just the lighter areas of it. It looked really cool and I was wondering if it was the layer preferences or a filter you used to get it to look like that.

Since I almost didn't use filters it should be okay for gimp

About your question..I set that c4d effect render on a different blending mode. If you want the same effect you can set the blending mode of the c4d to Lighten, Screen, Color dodge or Linear dodge...depending on what looks good.
