Nailboss -> Old Classes Hold Up Fine Against New Ones! (6/30/2011 14:13:50)

NOT a tac merc.
A good old fashioned regular merc.
I have many builds.
This is the one I'm currently using:

It pwns in 1v1. It owns in 2v2.
People need to learn to play their classes better instead of whining about something new being OPd.
The new classes aren't better, they're just different.
If a TM wants max hybrid and reroute they only get left with 10 stat points. I laugh in their face.
If you too are happy to stay as merc (or any of the other original classes even) please post in this thread!

How is this a discussion? I dun see it

my intent was for the discussion to be based around the idea that, actually, the old classes aren't so bad after all, and maybe everyone shouldn't be so quick to rush to the new ones?

I'd be happy with that because I get to invest the rest into heal and deadly aim
@above
Why do I get the feeling that the old TM is better than the new BM?

^I think he means tactical merc not techmage, and TLMs don't have deadly aim

and um......if you pit ur build (old-fashioned) against a new build (5 focus) then ur build does fall short by a lot.

anyways, never tried but I do think BM>TM, blood lust + rage berserker does a ton of dmg and heals a ton of ur hp

5 focus builds are one of the easiest to kill with my build.

Most of the builds that I make are either 0 Focus or 1-2 depending on the weapon req's.
