Is this avatar ok? Cuz I pm'ed this to Seahawk for like 3 weeks already and still, I wasn't able to see it under herosmash folder...

You are kind of wrong. Actually, there are a lot of avatars under herosmash folder that says names i.e "astroman." Why do some has been uploaded and accepted rather then?
Astroman is an NPC. All other such avatars in the HS folder are either of an NPC, or read something general, like "Pizza Anyone?" or "Dark Saviour". They're not personalised. ~Stray Cat

The linked site seems to be down but from what I gather from your signature, it counts as "external" content. From the rules:

    I was also wondering, are clan avatars ok for uploading?

    err...How? It's within regulation limits and its not animated at all

    I don't know how, but both the Image Properties extension and my disk browser (after I downloaded the signature) say it's 72.5KB. ~Stray Cat
