It's good, but too big. Max size of 30 kb, that pic has about 60.

Um... Imageshack says it's 72 kb and max is 30 kb.

It is a jpeg, it should be under 30. My computer won't even let me make the file size that high with a jpeg file. I am guessing Imageshack is glitched. Try testing it in the avatar and signature testing thread.
