Field medic should just scale like a standard single target spell, but also be effected by your def/res (the average of the two).
This would also allow rage healing, to ignore some of your def/res.

Do you mean tanks get a weaker heal or something because they have higher defenses???

If so I think thats kinda unfair since tanks have already been countered with the intro of rage.

not necessarily, Field medic is like an attack, on urself, where the damage happens to be negative.

wouldn't it make sense if ur own def/res was factored in aswell?

I dont understand how tankswere nerfed, but yeah i support this. Counters tanks although i can see a problem arising wiht support heal loopers :/

Nah, it would be less effective than my mage heal loop due to 1hp per stat points, and getting less per heal.

yup, pretty much like weak damage vs tank, and strong damage vs low defenses.

It is like what lord said not supported. Most players with low defense are those high strength builds and last thing they need is another advantage in battle. As for the OP idea not supported as well. Heal is suppose to go back to support on a much slower scale and that will be good enough for now.

i dont think u understand, field medic would go back to support. it wont be lvl scaled.
the only different is, ur own def/res will factor in how much u can heal.

example,
if ur average def/res is 25, and ur heal is 68, 68 - 25 = 43. ur heal would be 43.

Are you doing to support yourself than others?

Not going to be much fair in Omega though. You can go just to an offensive Build and then heal with a high number.

strength builds wont "survive" if field medic is scaled back on support.

strength builds might have low def/res but they will also have a weak field medic.

I still don't support that since it would as I said still be helping those high strength builds. Builds with high defenses would heal less, and strength tears through these defenses better then any other build. I would be even harder pressed in battles if my heal gave me little to nothing due to it subtracting from my defense or resist. defensive builds would crumble while strength builds would rise.
