Ummm the horns.....Who says horns have to be darkness?
And the Water is Pure. He was a High priest so he is pure like water. There is the Water Light mix.

He basically has every single card. Every single penultimate card of all three elements.

Well yes he has all the great cards but considering he is triple elemented thus needs to charge each of the elements to get the cards, and cycle through the elements over and over starting at regen 1 each time, it does become a bit more balanced I think since it's hard to gain full mana in three elements at the same time in order to use all the cards.
