Analysis

Starting numbers given below.

Water Attack: With two equally powerful hits, each hit does 50% damage.

Heal Attack: Healing takes a *0.85 penalty for auto-hit, and *0.9 for always useful.

Mastercraft bonus goes into lowering compression costs.

All this has ALREADY been calculated into the Appendix
