Okay, so I think we should catalogue NPC behavior to make battling them easier.

Theories:

1. When NPCs have a hand of low damage cards and a damage burst card (IE PowerStrike) it will use up the low damage cards before charging for the burst.

2. NPCs always use up their hand; they do not discard cards.

3. NPCs only charge when necessary.

4. NPCs do not draw cards when they charge.

The treasure room seems to have a way lower chance of spawning DD than anywhere else....
