President Obama -> Cinderella Should be Kill-able. (3/9/2013 18:45:42)

Basically guys, as most of us know - you are currently allowed to kill every NPC/ Developer in-game and by doing this you earn yourself an achievement (for good-measure). My idea is:

Make Cinderella, located Bio Preserve, a kill-able developer. She is the only one who is currently not kill-able and therefore this would bring new builds and strategies in too the game in order to kill/ beat or even destroy her.


The achievement would be worth 1450 - 1750, due to the fact she is only lvl 30.

What do you guys think?

why would you want to challenge a defenceless cindy? yes make her challengeable but gives no cheevos.

What purpose would that serve except for achievement? Some NPCs are beatable for sake of storyline, or that was their purpose before even prior to beginning of the storyline. Yes, NPCs are farmable now but they mainly serve storyline purpose not 'beat and cheevo' for no real reason.

Her time will come.

@above as i predicted, this is just a excuse for getting another free cheevo effortlessly, why not just suggest that they implement a button at cinderella that gives you a free cheevo when you click on it? saves all the trouble.

If she'd be Lvl 30 (and you're Lvl 35), you get Credits? Derp. Why should you fight someone and get awarded for it instead? Dem morals.

And NPCs are used for farming now. If 5 levels difference is too big (and too small Credit gain), fight one closer to your level? Obviously.

its your choice, plus you are not working for anyone, you are just picking NPCs to fight for your own pleasure and making a extra 12 credits at the same time.
if you think it is wasting your time then don't fight her, fight a heavy mechachilid or a higher leveled NPC. i can't believe that you think like that, just unbelievable.

many of the ED staff work for free, i would work for ED without getting paid, as long as i know that i'm taking part in something that i like.

Errr .. That's more like volunteering, not a job .. Even i would do if i like, but i don't like fighting a NPC for just almost nothing ... well fight someone else you say? well then whats the point of making cindy a challenge-able NPC?

I said yes to cheevo to have something new and exciting in the game, giving a purpose to atleast fight her once ... Its a more like celebration and plus all Dev NPC must be special, not just punching bags to make credits.

If Dev's wanted they could have made rabble a non cheevo NPC u know, but no, Dev NPC must be more special then any other common ones :)

Well look at Charfade, level 30 and packs a punch

Cindy could be about the same level i guess?

Why yes? It's not necessary for them to have a cheevo, especially when it's pointless. If they are as hard as any other NPC then it's not really a Challenge to beat them. Give them 150% power of that of a normal NPC (or double) and then we can talk. If they are supposed to pose a serious threat then why not.

But srsly. Not all NPCs must drop a cheevo and neither they should.

you are just digging a hole for yourself, like i said if you don't like to waste your time fighting her just to gain 12 credits then don't, so what if it's a dev NPC? it doesn't mean that it should give players a free cheevo unless of course that they make cindy level 35 and hard to beat.

no, that's not what you think, what you are thinking is that you can get another high rating cheevo effortlessly, every NPC serves a purpose to the game, or else they wouldn't be implemented at all, you would eventually fight them due to mission requirements.

that was rabble's first appearance in ED so they decided to do something special, but there is other ways to make dev NPCs special, like increasing its difficulty and level or dropping a cool item.
cindy has been in the game for quite a while.

cheevo must be a thing that is hard to earn or requires effort, i'm against the idea that it could be obtained just by fighting a effortless battle.
