SGsPyzcho -> RE: =OS= Battle Strategy Discussion (11/22/2013 19:46:56)

Okay thanks everyone. [:)] I will try some Empower's and Penance's next time I can get on.

kreem -> RE: =OS= Battle Strategy Discussion (11/24/2013 1:16:39)

I am back...well I've been lurking, reading almost every postand playing OS but I need some help.

Allons-y

What strategies, characters, levels, CC etc would you recommend to beat resonance, she seems to be uber-efficient.. I always imagined a character like her when I first saw electric arc .

BJEBLE -> RE: =OS= Battle Strategy Discussion (11/24/2013 1:24:23)

@kreem I think Templar would be the ideal: Healing and a TON of damage. Being level 20 would always help, more HP to work with, and adding a Penance to Templar would be best.

kreem -> RE: =OS= Battle Strategy Discussion (11/24/2013 1:58:20)

I am sorry I meant in the nightmare dungeon(PvE) not PvP as I haven't captured resonance

BJEBLE -> RE: =OS= Battle Strategy Discussion (11/24/2013 2:04:10)

@kreem Super offensive characters, they get through battles very quickly if you don't encounter Resonance. And preferably level 10 or above, so you can withstand AI damage.

kreem -> RE: =OS= Battle Strategy Discussion (11/24/2013 2:13:27)

Thanks, using my LV20 blackwing was much more effective than my LV8 or under depending on the encounter keyblade rev. Also refreshing sometimes when you are against templars.

EDIT BTW I failed my first attempt.

Kokujoe -> RE: =OS= Battle Strategy Discussion (11/24/2013 10:32:34)

Guys...any suggestions on what can be a better offensive CC deck for Water Elemental....................(it happens to be my very first water character)
Thanks in advance! ^_____^!

Megadragonknight -> RE: =OS= Battle Strategy Discussion (11/24/2013 10:35:26)

@kokujoe
You can equip some Power Flow and Water Crash in his deck to further increase his offense.

BJEBLE -> RE: =OS= Battle Strategy Discussion (11/24/2013 11:07:57)

@koku Water Crash, Power Flow(1 each) , and even though its not offense, Healing Spring because its more efficient than Renew.

wing zero gundam -> RE: =OS= Battle Strategy Discussion (12/1/2013 20:39:53)

I was wondering, since Volt Engineer is one of the least cc dependent non-sg characters, and has an awesome card set, is he the "best" non-sg character for general use? off the top of my head, he seems to be the most powerful, I mean with energize, he can reach 20 energy quickly, and with the perfect "2,2,5,5, Super Charge" hand, it would be 3550 and a chance of 150 poison; or a 5x5 atk hand combo for 3000 and a chance of stun.

BJEBLE -> RE: =OS= Battle Strategy Discussion (12/1/2013 20:59:25)

@wing But his defense is terrible, he is easily beaten by shield/DoT spam, or walling(Counter, Iron Hide, Heal, repeat). Poison Drake is generally considered as the best non-SG and best Shadow, although I prefer Lich.

DidYouKnowThat -> RE: =OS= Battle Strategy Discussion (12/3/2013 0:46:30)

Just put up defense with DoT's. Auto-win with an occasional Nuke- especially to finish him off. Don't let him heal. D:<

EliteWarlockz -> RE: =OS= Battle Strategy Discussion (12/15/2013 7:27:11)

How do you use rebirth?

Megadragonknight -> RE: =OS= Battle Strategy Discussion (12/15/2013 8:39:12)

@Elite
The usual way every fire characters would do, always deal with high damage. With 2 Fire Whirl, its one of the greatest DoT card and 2 Fire Whirl can deal a total of 2400 damage, so use it. Meteorite is a really strong fire card that deal 1500 damage instantly but its a high cost card so use it wisely. Void Rebirth is a dual Fire/Neutral, he have 2 Iron Hide which make Void Rebirth one of the most defensive fire character ever, so you need Neutralize to discard any cards you don't want in your character's hand to gain 10 more Neutral energy so you can use Iron Hide along with shield to survive the battle while dealing damage to your opponent.

Gorillo Titan -> RE: =OS= Battle Strategy Discussion (7/12/2014 11:39:31)

Well this post almost died.

How would you suggest using orc rogue?

The Finnish Phoenix -> RE: =OS= Battle Strategy Discussion (7/12/2014 11:51:36)

Play for attack card combos, 10 of its 13 cards are attack cards. If you CC 5 more then it's 15 out of 18, which gives you a massive chance to get consistent 5-hits. When Poison comes up, you can play it rather than discarding it (especially early on) to convert the energy you gain for those two turns and get some nice burn, but Empower I would discard since the +500 boost from a 5-hit combo is better than its +300 boost. I'd recommend Neutral 525 and 4 Blood Rages for CC's if farming and Neutral 525 and 4 Shadow 525s if not.
