Well, if you get 1 token from a 1v1 win (usually ~40 credits [factoring in power hr and higher levels]), then shouldn't it be something like 1 token --> 40 credits?

Well Im unlikely to buy achievements with credits. Its tough enough getting credits for items.

Question: Will there be any missions for the Dread War?
I dont think that theres been any for a while.

I generally don't work on missions, so I don't know for sure, but we've been avoiding adding too many more missions because we're a bit unhappy with the current way they are presented.

Ok, its just a useful way to get credits especially as achievements have been added to the mix.

This token --> Credit thing would be much better alongside the release of more credit missions. In fact, I may open a suggestion thread for that :p

They get turned into Credits. At what ratio, we don't know since the Devs are still discussing it.

well battles give 32 credits and 1 token.

how about 32 creds per token?

what happens to our token count in factions?
im not asking for me only, i know some people who invested 100k+ tokens by themselves into their faction.

^ that would be perfect 32credit - 1token ratio.

then a 500 token cheevo would now be 16,000 credits.

1000 token cheevo 32,000 credits.

1500 token cheevo 48,000 credits.


Which all seems to match the cost's of things round EpicDuel, now with getting twice as much credits and 0 tokens
weapon and core cost's are essentially cut in half, solving the economic issues people complained about
and leaving extra credits to us already suited up for cheevos.


But I could be missing something important lets continue to hear ideas.

goldslayer is talking about the compensation, not the Credit rewards. How about those without Tokens? Played for suckers? No, it doesn't fix economic issues at all because it benefits those with Tokens only and Varium is devalued even more. <_<

With such ratio, achievements would be rendered useless unless gotten for free. Why pay 30K Credits for mere Rating that doesn't benefit me at all when I can buy a Core or an unique weapon with a Core? >_>

There's a point we all reach where you got nothing better to do
with your credits and since there not going to be for flag donations.
BAM now you got something to do with them I also took the liberty
of suggesting incentive's for improving rating along with an open
idea pool.

almost every decision ED decides to take seems to lead to more problems.
making ED is making the wrong decisions.

im more interested in what they will do to solve the issues that pop up from that decision.

like what credit to token ratio will be?

what happens to the token count in factions? i certainly dont want to have my contributions scrapped, and im sure anyone whos donated tokens before will agree here.

what happens to the tokens already in the flags?
will they let it die out or will they take away the tokens and scrap the flag system until they "revamp" it?

And Varium? What about that? How is Varium a shortcut if you gain too many Credits? Oh wait, that's why inflation exists! Higher prices, great.

I currently have 2919 tokens. I was saving up for when/if I became active again and wanted to join a competitive faction. I hope those 2,919 battles won't be thrown away for something like 5k credits. I don't really
battle so i have more credits because I could care less if I have up to date weapons when i got my beta weapons, I mostly battle just for battle tokens.
Now since they're going away I personally would want each token to be worth 32 credits, which is being a bit greedy I know but I don't see why not.

Also a side-note on since credits can be used for cheevo's
shouldn't varium be a shortcut to get them as well?

Regards to inflation, I couldn't sum up an efficient formula
balancing fairness , while not making cheevo's to cheap
as well as a proper refund for the current tokens.

Donno, think the token idea is sounding bad now >-<.

What about since things will essentially be half as cheap, the varium
alternative should be halved now too. AKA core varium price now 250.

But this just seemed to diminish the value of varium by half
meaning the game would be out of half it's buck, but on
another sidenote I did bring up the problem of us no longer getting
any credits and the SAME amount of varium even though we are
now getting less for our $50 packages now.

I needa brainstorm.

well seems like theres no answers.

to me, this game is going down the drain.
cheating factions are coming back, very questionable decision making by the devs on a weekly basis, balance is still probably terrible, and this war is really not interesting.

No, Bloodpact, if something affects the game on a larger scale (and we're talking about inflation), you have to consider all "what if" possible. That's the flaw with many past balance changes because they weren't tested thoroughly and not everything was taken into account. <.<

were less then desired.
