Battle Gems is now live in the Apple store for iOS devices.

Only problem? I tried linking my FB account and got a wavy static line. Then it froze! I was able to go back to the home screen. According to the app store profile, it works from IOS 4.5 and up! I only have an IOS 4! Artix clearly stated on Twitter a while back that the game can function on an IOS as low as 4! Luckily Alina Tweeted back immediately and told me she's have Rolith try and fix it in the morning. Anyone else have this issue?

The only issue I have is that it's not on android yet :p but I can wait a day or two <.< >.> . I do have a question the founder package is buy able with Artix points right?

Sadly no. Handheld devices don't function with portal.battleon very well.

Actually there is conflicting information on that.

Artix said the web version would (and it's all the same game), but Cysero said it wouldn't.

So a mobile device may not work well with the site, but the web version might have AP access.

Cysero only said it wouldn't because the games have to run off of each other in a way. If just one game gets the use of AP it would mess up the others. The way everything's programmed makes it hard.

Game crashes after selecting the method to play (connect with fb / no thanks), so my hopes of being one of the first ones to complete it are lost.

So uhhh this game has web version right? cause i don't have a phone that has android and i don't have a tablet and i really wanted to play this game.. since I've read something about this having web version... when would it be released?

The game will have a web version but right now only the iOS vers is available. Porting it to Droid and FB are next on the list.

Not yet since the game is only out in the Apple Store but as soon as it gets ported to Droid youll be able to buy it there.

Edit: also the issue with the game crashing is being looked into.

I don't know what's going on with everyone else's devices but I have played until I ran out of energy and I haven't crashed yet.

Founder will be available for Droid and Facebook when those ports are ready. Everyone will have an opportunity to get it, if they want it.

can someone please help me I have tried all I can think of and have been working on it all day but battle gems keeps crashing just after I hit the play button. :( anyone have this problem and fixed it somehow?

^ report it to artix.com/bugs, choose the BattleGems option and make sure you put whats happening, what device you have and what operating system you're using. Artix tweeted earlier that fixers are on all these bugs right now.

So I was playing prettily happily past the dragons until this morning when the game crashed. So I rebooted it by uninstalling and installing it (which usually works for my other games). Then I lost the Founder status I had previously bought. Someone advise?

^Send that to the Bug Tracker asap. And if you have proof of purchase send it to the Player Support, please.

Edit: From the title screen, click options --> Restore. And it will restore the purchase

try that. If that doesnt work then contact Player Support
