@Liquor - Nope, item equipping is just for customizing your character to your preferences. The only important thing about items is owning them, as the stats on them build up your character's overall power.

@Darklore, it's through PvP which you can do if you sync to FB and have friends who play too. After you beat them in PvP you can photo op.

@creepy, at the moment the highest quest is 484.

I have been stuck at quest right after beating The Dragon King im currently lvl55 and it says i need keys and it has a count down. Does this mean everytime the countdown is over i get a key?

^ Yep. All 3 keys will take 24 hours (1 key takes 8 hrs) if you don't get any from friends.

@lightriftwalker122: For mobile platforms, you will need to use the payment method that is accepted by the platform. For iOS, that is any iTunes Gift Cards or Credit/Debit Cards linked to your Apple ID. For Google Play, that is your Google Wallet account and any Google Play Store Credits or Credit/Debit Cards linked to it. Last time I checked, the payment options for the web version have not been confirmed yet, but Cysero has stated that Artix Points will not be an option.

Help! I got the App today and bought the DragonKnight Founder Package. I was exploring the game when I clicked a button and the game crashed on me. When I went back in, it told me to create a character! I couldnt find any traces of my old one! What happened to my Founder Purchace?! I tried making a new character but it kept crashing everytime I press "Save."

I accidentally equipped a helm but I like my hair more and I can't find an unequip option.

Go to customize and click the helm icon. Keep cycling through. You'll get to your hairstyle eventually! I discovered this around the first day or day.[:)]

The first time I click "Play" after opening the app, it prompts the "Connect to FB" dialog. When you cancel, it will stay in the menu, so you need to click "Play" one more time. Is this the way it is intended?

At first, I got confused why it stayed in the menu. Gave me an impression that you need to link your FB to play the game. It should proceed to the game after clicking cancel.

Also, there is no sound when clicking buttons, is this normal?

I have questions, in quest#140 (in front of pyramid), the reward is Talent: Terraphobia which was given as a reward before. I am not sure which quest gave it before, but it should be from some boss quest.

Is this a bug or some kind of "Power"'s improvement?

Also, about Power: Wizardry, what does "change two other gem types" do? I have not seen anything happened when I triggered perfect magic gems. Does it only give me a chance, not 100% changing effect?

@LittlePickleWing: Cysero has confirmed that they are working on a reduced graphical quality version for the iPod touch 4th generation and the iPhone 3, so it should be supported soon.

@Arthur: BattleGems is currently confirmed to be released on iOS, Android, Windows Phone and Facebook/Web. The Symbian OS hasn't been updated since 2012 and Nokia has confirmed that the 808 PureView was the last phone to run the Symbian OS. Due to the lack of phones using the Symbian OS and the discontinuation of updates for it, it is unlikely that the staff would develop the game for the OS, unless there was a high demand for it.

@Hallodeath: I don't think I've seen any reports of this happening, but you can report it on the BattleGems Bug Tracker.
