Revised idea from cyberdream.
What I suggest would be to have Faction leagues/groups/rankings or whatever you want to call it. By that I mean that factions can be categorized as Bronze, Silver, and Gold with bronze being the lowest rank. Each category would have their own leader board. So bronze can compete against bronze, silver can compete against silver, and gold can compete against gold. However your group rating for that day is determined by the Average level of people in your faction. A faction with all higher levels gets you a Gold faction name, a faction with mid-levels gets you a silver faction name and a faction with lower levels gets you a bronze faction name.
Now we are already too far into the game to just eradicate the Faction 1v1 all time board so what I suggest is keeping it exactly how it is, however from the time this idea is implemented there will be three new columns in the all time LB that will start at 0, just like the new NPC tracker in our profiles.
Example:
Faction Daily Champions Gold Silver Bronze
1. Control Alt Death 167 0 0 0
2. Dark Vengeance 154 0 0 0
3. Meganet 146 0 0 0
etc...
This way anyone can still use alts under two circumstances.
1) They might get caught by mods
2) They will only win a Bronze star.
At the end of the day you receive a Gold, Silver or Bronze point depending on the ranking (Gold Silver or Bronze) of your faction.
In order to stop Faction Leaders from kicking all their alts and recruiting high level members 10 minutes before reset I am also suggesting that if a faction kicks and recruits another member during a reset then they will receive one rating lower for that day. Regardless of the new members level. A faction will not be penalized a rating for recruiting, or kicking during the same day however they will be penalized for doing both.
