It would depend entirely on where you posted your art and the rules and regulations of that specific board.

If you have any specific questions on why a Moderator acted how they did, or why your post was specifically deleted, your best bet is to send them a PM (Private Message) and ask them for clarification yourself. They should be more than willing to explain to you just why your post was deleted so you can avoid it happening again.
