I find it a lot easier to upload it as a document via Dropbox. All round changes, for every class.
Main focus is also on the EP draining skills, or rather how they work and changes that would follow IF the weapon requirement would be removed. (if you are to disagree with the removal, do ignore the parts which mention adding requirements elsewhere)

I've been working on this few months ago. The recent balance changes were also part of my suggestions, concept wise, which were also common issues posted here every now and again - lowering SA's cost, balancing Plasma with Stun Grenade, and proposing Double Strike change (lower cost, but Xendran's values ended up being used instead). But yeah, feel free to give feedback.

I tried to focus on the concept, for bigger changes, like Intimidate and such, and more specific numbers for minor suggestions - such as Bolt and Overload, which in fact nerfs one build minimally at cost of also buffing another one, thus counterbalancing and giving players a choice again - between Dex or Tech Casters, not just one of them.

It's mostly about changing concept or buffing skills. I'm sick of pointless nerfs, and there are ways to buff without breaking the game entirely. :)

All of these changes look really good and they seem to balance out each class more so than they currently are and seeing as the Devs have said that they will never go back to the old ways of ED, i support this.
