during the first days of war not allow nobody buy or upgrade bombs and buy the war commander core (plz not forget the commander core) then after 4 days allow everybody buy everything again, but also allow buy infinite or much more than 50 bombs per hour for compensate the first 4 days. this suggest will made the normal players and nemisis30, vingador br and alessio very happy imo (50 bombs per hour probably is very annoying for them)
