A class with:

Mineral Armor, Plasma Armor, Blood Lust for first 3 skills, and Deadly Aim for next since Reroute is unnecessary (no required energy).

Lol, i know this is impractical but I want to know your ideas on how this would work out. In the past, people almost never used skills to deal damage but nowadays people rely on skills completely.

I really wish that casters weren't the only thing that existed. In the past, malf builds or purely tank builds (without any damage oriented skills) worked better. With caster buff and energy dependency thats been flipped.

How would the OP Passive Class work out?

(400 defense 400 resistance 800 sidearm base damage 23% heal)

Its a terribad idea lol. But meebs.

Also, another skill given is Berzerker. Essentially you should invest 1 point in berzerker to have a build which had good everything but without skills. Also, 7 in all passives (6 for deadly aim) and maxed zerker. 1200 damage + 720 dmg sidearm, a near replica of the past.

Well I wouldn't quite say casters are the only thing that existed, all the classes have some viability in their own right, like bounty hunters are good at taking out tech mages, tech mages dominate mercs, and mercs are just all around good. Also passive skills were removed for a reason, they were overpowered in their own respect.

If it only had passives, you'd have focus BM from the end of delta all over again. That class could win fights against full HP and EP enemies just because deadly aim + blood lust with good tank stats was ridiculously strong.

Overall, I think it'd be interesting, but should be more like a temporary special event thing for fun rather than a permanent class.
