I wanted to change from my old email to my new email on this account for the lone reason: I can no longer log into my old gmail account, due to it telling me that it detected "malicious activity" on my account. However, since my old email is verified to AE, I have to log in to the old gmail account (which I no longer have access to) to verify the change. I have tried all of my recovery options on Gmail, and failed because the phone it hasto send the SMS recovery code to no longer exists. Because of all of my failed attempts at Gmail to get into the old account, I decided I'd take it to you guys and try to find out if I could have help to change to a new email without logging into the old email to verify the change.

Is this for your forum account? If so, the verification code should be sent to the new Email, not the old one. You can still change your account information without access to your previous Gmail account.

No, this is for my AE/battleon account. This may have been the wrong place to post my issue. If so, can you point me in the right direction?

You'll have to Update your E-Mail through Portal support team. Just fill out the form with relevant information and you should be good to go! Further questions regarding Master Account issues or questions should generally be looked for through the FAQs or the =AE= Master Account System Questions and Answers.
