what about creat cores that you can upgrade via kills? for example if u reach 100 kills up to lv 2, 200 kills lv 3.. etc..

What about no? Omega is about balance not who already do more pvps not only have xp and rank advantage but better core advantage. I could support that if I heal 100 times with crit heal then you unlock a VARIATION of that core. e.g. Critical heal + which would activate if you have 15% of health but would heal 15% more.
