newtena -> only buy for new ways to play (4/19/2015 6:26:49) smite has kept over 2 million players with only styles available to buy why not epic duel? or ofcourse there can be pay for new ways to play like different classes and/or weapon cores to buy. with so many cores to try the game creatively inexhaustible.

Exploding Penguin -> RE: only buy for new ways to play (4/20/2015 21:04:09) I'm pretty sure the devs know that releasing a lot of cores would probably boost player counts. This year's winter promos had tons of new cores and were fairly popular, although they should really work on both promo cores as well as f2p cores. There just aren't enough at all. Don't know why the devs haven't gotten to it yet. They're probably better off making new cores rather than working on endless wars that are all essentially the same anyways.
