VanitySixx -> A True Democracy (4/20/2015 16:08:30)

EpicDuel's playerbase, as most of us old players know, has dropped significantly. I'll get straight to the point. It was because of Omega.

Now, I'm not saying Omega is a bad thing. It just seems like most old players heavily preferred previous versions of the game. This is why I think ED Players should be polled on what they would like to see implemented into the game.

These polls are created and posted on the site, as well as the forums. These polls will ask which updates players would prefer, and as a result, the updates players will not like.

A new poll should be posted every week. Not saying ED has to update every week, but just so the devs can better understand what the mass majority wants for future updates.

These polls should be open Monday through Friday.

They will be created by the devs so the questions they ask should be entirely possible for them to accomplish if they feel the need to implement it.

These polls should hide the percentage of votes EVEN AFTER the player has voted. The submitting of the poll will be only followed by a "Thank You!" note so no players will feel pressured to answer a question without all honesty.

The polls can ask players to choose whether they'd like an update on bugs, balance, and other suggestions that devs or mods may come up with on their own or the idea was taken from a forum post.

Only ONE question will be asked per week so the devs won't be flooded with what they need to fix, work on, or implement.

If EpicDuel is good enough, they'd put the same poll question on the site, in the game, and in the forums to reach all players. In order to vote, the player would have to sign into his/her EpicDuel/Artix account or Forum account.

Each IP Address should only be allowed to vote ONCE.

I feel this would be of interest to past and present players. Instead of scrolling through forum post after forum post, the devs will be able to clearly see what the true mass majority wants.
