battery backup gives alot of mana more than static charge its not cool not to mention it rillies on basic attack and strenth build.

Battery Backup has 4 turn cooldown and doesn't deal damage. Static Charge has 3 turn cooldown, deals damage, scales with Support, and does not rely on Strength build for EP return - but your Primary weapon damage only. We can buff SC's EP return, yeah - but at the cost of having 4 turn cooldown instead, which is something that didn't work last time I checked, because we lowered it a couple of weeks ago from 4 turns to 3 turns.

So what are you asking for?

I can't really tell because your post just states your opinion and does not prompt for anything. There are no suggestions for "fixes" nor even a prompt of what hsould be done.

Static charge gives you rage. That alone is very important. Does damage, which is also a plus. Scales with a stat as well. Looks pretty fine to me.
