This would be a bit for unfair for some builds, as each build uses a different number of skills, for example 5 focus, I frankly am in need of more skill points, because as you know, blood shield takes 90 HP to use, whether it is level 1 or level 10, it will always require 90 HP to use, so why not using it at level 10, I'm also in need for example for more skill points to invest in atom smasher when using a club is better than using a sword.
Some builds like strenght builds/support builds, count on a very few number of skills, before strenght builds' nerf, they had like these beasty builds who frankly requires 2 skills, max blood mark and max bludgeon, and strike, so they have atleast 10 skill points unused, which will be more beneficial for such builds according to your idea.
