Brief Description: A user who wasn't on my friends list, by the name of "Prima Donna", sent a private chat request.

Additional Details (if any): The person's profile page shows a low level character. It might be possible to duplicate this by tampering with packets.

If he is a member of your faction, he can however send you a private message.

The person can also send you PM if they are a in game mod or Admin. I remember during the infernal war (1.0) I got a PM from one of the current mods.

"Prima Donna" isn't on the wiki's list of in-game staff. @Mother1

@Bender Rodriguez: That is without a doubt a moderator's account and therefore this is not a bug. Moderator privilege is applied to master accounts not character accounts for the record.

I know who the alternate character belongs to, however that information is completely irrelevant in regards to this bug report because it's a moderator. When an in-game moderator/tester and AK/forum moderator get to looking into the "Prima Donna" character he will formally resolve your misunderstanding.
