Cyber Yeti Bot "Ice Shield" core is active. and its so good but lionhart's special core has core that need 90 energy Makes an ally untargetable by offensive and defensive skills for 1 turn. and these bot's core its also active and means Grants 100% Block and Deflect chance for 2 turns, why no need 90 energy or 130 energy for use? or why not only 1 turn? 2 turns is so much. it is better than lionhart's core

i mean:

why ice shield core is 2 turns and lionhart's core only 1 turn
and why no need energy to use ice shield and lionhart's core need 90 energy

ice shield is from a bot. Bots don't use energy.

Ice shield has two turns because it only blocks blockable attacks. Unblockable attacks can still punch through (example: artillery strike, multishot, etc.). Lionhart makes the player invincible. No damage or any effect at all (even heal in 2v2).

For me, it makes sense.

Think of it this way:

If you get blocked or deflected, you gain more rage.
Some skills you don't really care that much if they're blocked or deflected anyways. IE assimilation
There are so many things you can do to stall for turns like draining energy and stuff

Also the lionhart core itself is pretty useless except in very niche situations. Ice shield is pretty useful but probably not nearly as much as you think it is.

The only use I can think of for Lionhart is stalling so that a turn of cooldown will pass for one skill OR maintaining a continuous shield without a gap between first use and second use. Still useful but very situational.
