Gains energy based on primary weapon damage

Gains energy based on primary damage.

Everything else leaves unchanged.

This change grants about 50~100 energy more. Not too much nor too little.

Str will get too much energy with it, around 400 seeing that it gains 66% at max, and even f5 will get over 330 which is more than battery backup, plus rage.
Not supported.

Cyber Hunters have the worst synergy of all classes. Energy control is their only way to win.

Concerning about the words "not supported", I'm not asking for your support anyways. This is a forum for discussions and suggestions, not a poll or campaign for elections and campaigns.

Hmm I as a cyber honestly won't risk it. It's the only energy gaining skill and a chance to block will cripple the class (which needs to always, as much as possible, have mp for heal, emp or shield--or shadow if that's your thing).

What if unlockable you say? In that case, i agree with bling, the chance to rage heal mp is too OP. Even if you suggest it increases rage but doesn't consume it (like surge), having more mana heal than battery PLUS increase rage PLUS damage opponent is too good. I use cyber and i do not support it (justifiably to your view I hope).
