Guns :

1)Its reload speed increases with technology .
2)3 turns cool-down when technology is between 0-49 .
3)-1 cool-down every 50 technology .

Auxiliaries :
----------------------------------
1)Its reload speed increases with strength .
2)4 turns cool-down when strength is between 0-37.5 .
3)-1 cool-down every 0-37.5 strength .

Not supported.

It's basically a crazy, jacked up version of the problem that happened with stats before the x10 change.

Also do you have any context on why these balance changes should even be implemented. IE do you think technology needs a buff/nerf, guns need a buff/nerf, etc...

I'd support this idea if it'd be implemented along with buffs to gun damage scaling and aux damage scaling.
One problem I can see with it is low levels,you'd have to find some way to keep them from having to spam strike even more.

As for everyone else WHY don't you think its a good idea? Just saying "no, bad idea" isn't helping.

The better question to ask is why this would need to be implemented in the first place. What specifically does it fix that is currently a problem?

I'm not sure that's what the base intention of the OP is but to ride on that:

There are a lot better places to add change into the game. IE fix overlapping skills because if I remember correctly, that was promised when Omega was released.
