8x -> RE: "GATEKEEPER" quest isn't working? (8/23/2015 6:02:06) I'm pretty sure it's not a 100% drop, but just to be sure, try beating a different shadow guard. I think there is one in Barrens Outpost and Wasteland besides the one in Fortune City. (I got my shadow helmet from the one in Fortune city)
