GodOfTechno -> [RESOLVED] Critical on FULL support (5/4/2016 22:43:52) On the balance thread it says there is a minimum of 0% so there is no way my support build should be getting crit on from someone with bare minimum support or even a focus 5.

Exploding Penguin -> RE: [RESOLVED] Critical on FULL support (5/4/2016 23:17:14) If they use a skill that has a 25% base crit chance or they're using a crit chance core it will override the minimum since the core crit chance is added in after support differences are calculated.
