Recently the faction "the legion of destruction" has been disbanded and was 1st in infernal mines war and 3 rd or 4rth in overlord facility war.
in overlord facility it has been removed but still 1st in infernal mines, how come?

I'd guess that the infernal war leaderboard just hasn't been updated yet. The Overlord Facility leaderboard is probably still being updated daily/weekly/hourly, because it was the most recent war.

Wait for the next Infernal Mines war. That's when the leaderboard will most likely start getting updated again, until then, "the legion of destruction" will hold their well deserved 3rd place.
