two issues I noticed with this item
1)
Massive strike bounce back is inconsistent with 2 opponents. It will either
a) send both of them flying backwards
or
B) not send the target backwards at all.
It should be
C) the target that get's hit with a crit get send flying while the other doesn't.
2) For some odd reason reason this weapon makes my battles lag where as none of the other weapons I equip have this effect even other old promo's.
Can bugs be reproduced

how so
For the first one score a crit on an opponent while attacking 2 opponents at once. You will see that you will never send one flying backwards with this.
For the second, Equip the item and notice that it moves slower than with others.
